Paul Bartholomew is the founder and Principal of Cove Lawyers. Known for his practical advice, passion for innovation and being calm under pressure, Paul brings a wealth of experience with a style that is both approachable and solution focused.

Prior to establishing Cove Lawyers, Paul led a successful career as a senior lawyer in large private practice, co-founded a legal outsourcing business and worked as legal counsel for a prominent Australian university.

In addition to his expertise in commercial matters, Paul is a recognised expert in the area of disputed wills and estates, having acted in a wide range of family provision, probate and equitable claims in the Supreme Court. He is known for navigating emotionally complex matters with empathy and clarity, while delivering strong, strategic advocacy.
